Only one person spoke in favor of the line. The PSC will review the project and make a decision at the end of September whether or not they will approve… The University of Wisconsin has adopted the ’15 to Finish’ phrase, to reinforce the idea to students that being a fulltime student doesn’t mean they’ll graduate on time.
